Look-alikes in Ontario

Several other species of Vaccinium are similar in appearance and produce edible blueberries, but differ most obviously in that the leaves are not regularly serrated. The less common dwarf bilberry (Vaccinium caespitosum) produces edible berries and has serrated leaves, but differs in that the berries are solitary (unclustered).
