Look-alikes in Ontario

Bittersweet nightshade (Solanum dulcamara) produces similar-looking berries that are poisonous. It is a vine that can grow into highbush cranberry shrubs, so its berries could be mistaken for highbush cranberries. The berries differ in that they are more elongated, occur in smaller clusters, and have multiple seeds.
