berries occur at tips of branches in clusters.
taste is blandish/sweet.
varieties in the Pacific Northwest include Hooker's fairy bell (Prosartes hookeri) and Rough-fruited fairy bell (Prosartes trachycarpa).
plant grows in moist forested areas.
